Director CEO Engagement, SMY - National Office (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Director CEO Engagement, SMY - National Office (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space.

This leader will oversee a national engagement function focused on strengthening relationships with chief executive leaders across a broad affiliate network. The role blends strategic consulting, communication, and convening responsibilities to support organizational alignment, leadership effectiveness, and shared outcomes. You will partner closely with affiliate teams and executive stakeholders to address operational and financial priorities while fostering trust and collaboration.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,000 – $177,000 annually

Responsibilities

Drive strategic support and solutions for assigned affiliates to enhance CEO relationships
Provide specialized consulting support, including financial and operational assessments
Collaborate with affiliate networks to align on collective goals and outcomes
Implement communication processes for CEO and C-Suite leaders across the network
Identify and support CEO needs for Executive Learning Series opportunities
Convene discussions on emerging trends and shared concerns
Cultivate CEO relationships through problem-solving and trust-building

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; advanced degree preferred
8-12 years of relevant experience required
Expertise in functional skills and advanced industry knowledge
Experience managing multiple teams or functions
Authority in strategic and operational decision-making
Ability to handle highly complex managerial tasks with minimal supervision
