The clinician will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents ages 5-17 within a residential treatment setting, working 40 hours per week during day shift hours on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations within 72 hours of admission and providing follow-up visits in coordination with the treatment team, including medication monitoring within 24 hours when indicated. The clinician will collaborate with the treatment team during monthly meetings to support individualized care planning and ongoing patient management. Call coverage is required for this position at a 1:7 ratio.
