Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
• Experience supporting school-aged children, including IEP development and implementation
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptable and comfortable working independently in a contract setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students according to prescribed IEPs
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in the evaluation process
• Develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Document services, maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Work closely with school staff and families to maximize student outcomes
• Support the creation of a safe, positive, and welcoming therapy environment
