Miller Medical Center - - Responsibilities: Assists with maintaining a safe and hazard free environment by observing and documenting patient behavior; Utilize patient activity schedule, unit rules and group structure to maintain consistency in the milieu; Records progress notes that reflect patient's behavior for incidents and conditions; Interacts with patients in a therapeutic manner and supports staff to maintain boundaries; Now offering 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am
