Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers. Participate in patient care management and follow-up. Engage in community outreach and maintain relationships with local patients. Ideal Personality: Team player who can adapt to the practice's culture. Strong communication skills, both in-person and via text/call. Open to various backgrounds, including recent graduates or experienced physicians. Ability to connect with the community and respect the legacy of the retiring physician. Practice Overview: Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12 Team Composition : 8 providers (5 physicians, 3 mid-levels), with a mix of male and female providers. Work Environment : Collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork. Patient Base : Established community relationships, with a focus on retaining existing patient volumes. Technology : Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred.
