Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, economics, public policy, human resources, information systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, human capital analytics, or enterprise BI in a federal or similarly regulated environment. Strong experience supporting executive reporting and evidence-based decision-making.
