Posting Details Cooley LLP’s Debt Finance practice group is recruiting 3L law students (JD 2027) to join the entry level class in our New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Washington, DC offices. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position. Our lawyers solve legal issues for entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies with a significant emphasis on technology, life sciences and other high growth industries. Qualifications High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. Work experience within a corporate or professional environment. No prior debt finance experience required. High level of attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Location New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Washington, DC. Salary The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
