Program Manager – New Product Development (NPD) – SharkNinja SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts. The Program Manager helps own the end‑to‑end New Product Development process for the Shark and Ninja brands, delivering product launches on time, within scope, and at a 5‑star quality. Responsibilities Drive and facilitate interactions among cross‑functional stakeholders to bring products to market, managing risks and schedule. Collaborate with teams to ensure go‑to‑market strategy provides a high rate of sales. Deliver all program elements from product ideation to end‑of‑life. Use KPI data to guide decision‑making across the team. Identify program risks, develop mitigation plans, and track progress. Spot resource and knowledge gaps and take corrective actions. Channel global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business. Requirements & Attributes Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or business management. 3‑4+ years of direct program management experience. Experience in new product development or program management, preferably in consumer goods. Assertive, confident, and capable of leading high‑performing teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experienced addressing C‑Suite, peers, suppliers, and customer audiences. Cross‑functional leadership skills. Strong bias to action and accountability. Intermediate proficiency with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. High energy, positive attitude, detail oriented, and presentation skills. Salary and Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $75,000 – $155,500 USD. Pay is influenced by geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
