Responsibilities include Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machinery to specifications. Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality output. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting equipment issues. Adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace in a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Reading and interpreting technical blueprints or work orders. Documenting production metrics and reporting any irregularities to supervisors. Skills/qualifications Technical Aptitude: A natural mechanical inclination and ability to work with complex tools. Detail Oriented: Precision is key to maintaining quality standards and safety. Grit: A high-performance mindset with the stamina to handle a physical manufacturing environment. Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively. Experience: * Trainees: No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential. Setup Operators: Demonstrated experience in machine configuration and optimization. Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills.
