Here, You Will Make An Impact By Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures Accurately record production data Performing all casting and impregnation production processes including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomes Operating equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment Identifying problems and working with process engineers through to resolution Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start) Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process. This range represents a good‑faith estimate for this position.
