Brighter Day Adult Services is hiring PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) starting at $22/hour.

Work a little or work a lot — based on available coverage. Our most active and reliable PRN employees can earn $50,000+ annually while remaining within our 40-hour weekly PRN limit.

$22/HR + RELIABILITY BONUSES

Paid weekly. Work more. Stay reliable. Earn more.

Monthly PRN hours:

32–63 hours → $75 Bonus
64–95 hours → $150 Bonus
96–119 hours → $250 Bonus
120–149 hours → $350 Bonus
150+ hours → $500 Bonus

PLUS Retention Bonuses:

3 Months → $250
6 Months → $500
1 Year → $1,000

That's up to $6,000 in monthly reliability bonuses + $1,750 in first-year retention bonuses , on top of your $22/hour wages.

WHAT DOES A DSP DO?

A Direct Support Professional helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safe, active, meaningful lives.

You may help with:

• Daily routines and life skills
• Meals and household activities
• Community outings and activities
• Transportation in company vehicles
• Medication and other trained supports
• Encouragement, companionship and independence

Some days honestly won't even feel like work.

No DSP experience? No problem. We'll train you.

We're looking for dependable people who love people and will treat the individuals we support with dignity and respect.

WHAT DOES PRN MEAN?

PRN means “as needed.”

Brighter Day offers available coverage opportunities, and you decide which opportunities work with your availability.

We may need 8 hours, 4 hours or sometimes just 2 hours.

Hours and preferred shifts are not guaranteed.

You can decline an available assignment. But once you accept it, we're counting on you.

Reliability doesn't mean saying yes every time. It means when you say yes, we can count on you.

PRN employees may work up to 40 hours per workweek based on available coverage. Once you reach 40 hours, you will not be considered for additional shifts until the next workweek.

• Ability to complete required training and documentation

• Must be able to successfully pass required state and federal background checks

Company vehicles are provided when transporting the individuals we support.

BONUS ELIGIBILITY

Bonuses require applicable hours or employment milestones, satisfactory attendance and performance, completed responsibilities, good standing and no active Corrective Action Plan (CAP). No-call/no-shows may disqualify an employee from the applicable bonus.
