Healthcare Education-to-Employment Career Coach

Essentia Health is seeking an Education to Employment specialist to guide individuals into meaningful healthcare careers. In this role, you will support participants as they transition from school, training, or reskilling programs into roles across Essentia’s integrated health system. You will provide career coaching, coordinate job readiness activities, and connect candidates with internal opportunities and community resources. Working in a compassionate, collaborative culture, you’ll help remove barriers to employment while promoting holistic, patient-centered care and supporting workforce development in our communities.
