You are responsible for providing a safe, friendly, and efficient experience from base areas, restaurants, and ticket offices. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00 per hour Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full time and part‑time (hours available) Minimum Age: 18 years or older Housing: Available Job Responsibilities Meet and greet guests with positive service and enthusiasm. Commit to guest satisfaction and resolve problems effectively. Answer guest questions and become an expert in resort operations and services. Assist other departments as needed: ticket scanning, ticket sales, activities, and operations. Help keep base area clean and orderly. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Maintain enthusiasm and performance in busy environments. Work outdoors, on feet, in all weather conditions for extended periods. Work weekends and holidays. Previous guest‑service experience preferred.
