Base Info Location: Chandler, AZ – Onsite Job Type: Full‑Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Compensation: $65,000 Responsibilities Initiate, manage, and close deviations, investigations, and CAPAs within Qualityze. Ensure timely triage, risk assessment, and containment of quality events. Facilitate root cause analysis and define effective CAPAs with Operations. Track CAPA effectiveness and recurring failure modes. Support internal audits and inspection readiness activities. Prepare investigation and CAPA trend inputs for site and enterprise reviews. Qualifications 2+ years of QA experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset and commitment to team success.
