We are looking for an experienced supply chain leader to shape and drive market supply planning across European Midsize Markets (EMM) region.Territories: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, UkraineThis is a high-visibility role at the intersection of Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance, with the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, lead regional planning governance and support the successful delivery of medicines to patients across multiple countries.What you'll doLead regional supply planning and forecasting across diverse international marketsDrive the Regional S&OP process and contribute to global Integrated Business PlanningPartner with senior leaders to translate supply chain insights into business decisionsIdentify and mitigate supply, inventory and service risksSupport product launches, distribution model evolution and supply chain transformation initiativesChampion planning excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across countries and teams What we're looking forSignificant experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP or IBPStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insightsExperience working across multiple countries and culturesProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through collaborationA track record of driving operational excellence and managing complexityExperience within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageousFluent English requiredWhy join Ipsen?You'll join a purpose-driven global biopharmaceutical company where innovation, collaboration and patient impact are at the heart of everything we do.
