PSYCHIATRIC REGISTERED NURSE 

Location: La Marque, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $75000 - $80000 annually
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (Days or Nights Available)
Benefits: Full Benefits Package

Position Overview:
A behavioral health and crisis stabilization program is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care within a multidisciplinary mental health setting. The RN will work with patients experiencing mental health crises, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions while ensuring patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and provide direct nursing care
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Coordinate admissions, referrals, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff
• Support crisis intervention and patient safety initiatives
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications

Requirements:
• Active Texas RN License
• ADN, Diploma RN, or BSN
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
