We are a growing, non-union residential plumbing company specializing in new construction, with a focus on high-end custom homes. Our projects are primarily located throughout Hamilton and Hendricks Counties, and we are seeking experienced, licensed Lead Plumbers who take pride in their craftsmanship, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and are looking to build a long-term career with our team.

Ideal candidates are dependable, punctual, and capable of independently completing all phases of residential plumbing installations, including first rough, second rough, and finish. We are looking for individuals who take initiative, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and can effectively oversee apprentices and helpers while maintaining our standards for quality workmanship and job site professionalism. Previous experience working on high-end custom homes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform and oversee all phases of residential new construction plumbing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and plumbing specifications.
• Install water supply, drainage, waste, vent, and gas piping systems in accordance with applicable plumbing codes.
• Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment.
• Lead, train, and supervise plumbing apprentices and helpers.
• Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and office personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Identify and troubleshoot installation issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability in daily work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Indiana plumbing license required.
• Previous residential new construction plumbing experience required.
• Experience working on high-end custom homes preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, installation procedures, and job site safety.
• Ability to independently complete plumbing installations and oversee assigned projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned job sites.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
