The COO will be at the forefront of modernizing manufacturing and operations, driving cultural change, and owning the execution across engineering, production, QA/QC, supply chain, and facilities. Applicants for the COO position at the company should be financially fluent, experienced in improving margin and throughput, and technically curious with a strong interest in digital tools and data-informed decision-making. The role requires a servant leader who can coach high-performance teams and lead by example.
