This position assists with order entry, invoicing, customer and item setup, customer service, and other sales-related administrative functions. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who can manage multiple tasks, learn new systems, and maintain a high level of accuracy. Requirements Key Responsibilities Enter and process sales orders, credit memos, and invoices. Assist with new customer and item setup. Maintain accurate customer, product, and order information. Respond to customer questions by phone and email. Update customer portals with shipment and invoice information. Review orders and account information for errors, missing details, or inconsistencies. Maintain organized customer and order documentation. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Learn and follow customer-specific processes and requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, order entry, sales support, or a similar role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and customer platforms. Dependable, accurate, and able to follow tasks through to completion. Team-oriented and willing to assist in other areas when needed.
