Job Details Shift: 12H Nights Total Weekly Hours: 36 Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS Trauma Level: Facility Specific Job Notes: Required Experience and Qualifications Must have 1 year of CV ICU experience. 2 years of nursing experience required. BCLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required. Must have experience with vents, IV start, tele, and conscious sedation. Travel experience required. Preferred (not required) Cardiac Skill Set Swans-hemodynamic interpretation. IABP, Impella, ECMO. Vasoactive drips. CRRT experience is beneficial. Preferred but Not Required Certifications and Skills Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred. Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred. Administration of chemotherapy. Skills in arterial line management, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, infection prevention, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure. Expertise in CVVHD/CRRT, ECMO, ICP monitoring, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and monitoring of pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz. Licenses MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state). IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. Compliance and Other Requirements No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius. Must have completed all compliance requirements by 3pm CST on the Monday before the initial start date. Must complete fit testing; no exceptions for facial hair. Compliance requirements include completing specific modules pre-start.
