Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Payroll: Process complex multi-state biweekly and weekly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Reporting & Compliance: Handle journal entries, prepare payroll audits, and perform quarterly reconciliations for Form 940 and Form 941 filings.
• Deductions & Garnishment: Calculate and manage tax withholdings, garnishments, child support orders, and other statutory/voluntary deductions.
• Incentive Calculation: Accurately calculate and process commission payouts and employee bonuses.

Position Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience (multi-state experience required).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern payroll software ( ADP experience is highly preferred ).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
