Marketing Manager - Construction

Houston, TX | In-Office


A growing construction company in the Houston area is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help lead its marketing, branding, and business development efforts.


We’re looking for someone who understands the construction industry, is creative and organized, and can work closely with leadership and operations to help showcase the company, its people, and its projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage company marketing, branding, and overall messaging.
  
  
• Create marketing materials, presentations, project highlights, and company collateral.
  
  
• Assist with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and qualifications packages.
  
  
• Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
  
  
• Support business development and client outreach efforts.
  
  
• Coordinate project photography, events, sponsorships, and company initiatives.
  
  
• Help strengthen the company’s presence throughout the Houston market.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Marketing experience within construction or a related AEC industry is strongly preferred.
  
  
• Experience with proposals, RFQs/RFPs, and construction marketing materials.
  
  
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  
• Comfortable with social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  
  
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, or similar tools is a plus.
  
  
• Someone who can take ownership, bring new ideas to the table, and work well with a team.
