Details Located in Albany, NY within a hospital-based Surgical and Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU/SICU) Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 13-week contract Requirements Active NY RN license required at time of consideration All certifications must be issued by the AHA or RQI Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required Epic EMR experience is required; candidates without Epic experience will not be considered No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number required; Canadian SINs are not accepted Flu vaccine required; only medical exemptions signed by a licensed professional are accepted — personal and religious exemptions will not be honored Additional Information Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius and outside the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Dutchess, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Ulster, Warren, and Washington ICU competency testing is required and candidates have 2 attempts to pass No blocked scheduling is permitted More than 3 call-outs during the contract period may result in termination; any missed shifts must be made up within 6 weeks of the last call-out Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application Travel pairs are not allowed for this position American Traveler Job ID #P-731834.
