The Farmers Insurance Protg Program is an intensive and rewarding opportunity for individuals who are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and have a strong desire to build a business in the insurance industry. As a Protg Agent, you will receive world-class training and support to develop your skills and knowledge, with the ultimate goal of transitioning into an independent Farmers Insurance Agent.
Upon successful completion of the Protg Program , participants have the opportunity to become an independent Farmers Insurance Agency Owner

Responsibilities- Sales & Business Development : Develop a book of business by actively prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships within the community.
- Insurance Solutions : Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions.
- Client Management : Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.
- Training & Mentorship : Participate in a comprehensive training program and receive one-on-one mentorship from an experienced Farmers Insurance Agent.
- Marketing : Implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- Agency Operations : Assist in daily agency operations, including policy servicing, quoting, and customer inquiries.
Requirements- Ability to obtain necessary state insurance licenses (Farmers will provide support).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
