Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Location: Garden City, CO Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 per year Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) supports the delivery of clinical care by providing treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function through guided therapeutic exercise, functional training, and clinic-approved modalities. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day patient experience, progress tracking, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities Provide treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement training Use manual techniques and modalities as directed (e.g., heat, ice, e-stim) Monitor patient response and report progress/concerns to the PT Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper form Document visits accurately and on time per clinic standards Maintain a clean, safe, organized treatment environment Requirements PTA degree from an accredited program Colorado PTA license in good standing CPR/BLS certification Basic comfort with EMR/documentation systems Strong patient communication and professionalism Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your PTA skills somewhere they’ll be noticed—send your resume today and let’s start the conversation.
