About the Role
Assist with prep, cooking, service, and kitchen sanitation.
Help create five-senses dining experiences residents look forward to.
What You'll Do
- Support food prep, cooking, plating, and service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate equipment safely; maintain organization
- Assist with dishwashing, kitchen laundry, cleanup
- Engage residents kindly and help gather feedback
Skills & Attributes
- Basic culinary comfort; safety awareness
- Team player; takes direction; good attitude
- Customer service focus and adaptability
- Calm under pressure; organized
Relatable Experience
- Kitchen or dining roles in healthcare/hospitality
- Customer service with checklists and teamwork
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Kitchen experience preferred
- Current negative TB test; background check clearance
