Primary Care Physician – Conviva/CenterWell Primary Care We are looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team full‑time at the Conviva/CenterWell Primary Care clinic in Biloxi, MS. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists. Participate in clinical quality improvement projects. Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care. Contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. TB screening (if selected). Work Environment Location: On‑site at the Biloxi clinic. Report to the Associate Medical Director. Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. Compensation Annual base salary: $229,500 – $268,700, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for a bonus incentive plan tied to company and/or individual performance.
