Communication Specialist

Working remotely in a part-time capacity, the Communication Specialist will engage with callers to capture sensitive information regarding workplace concerns, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while maintaining confidentiality. Key responsibilities: Engage reporters with care and concern, ensuring their information is handled appropriately Answer calls promptly, following the intake process and exercising good judgment to meet caller needs Lead guided interviews with reporters, focusing on the quality and accuracy of report details Required qualifications: Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM Experience using MS Office and ability to navigate proprietary software applications A quiet, secure home office with a recommended internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload Demonstrated emotional resilience in processing difficult information Ability to multi-task while accurately capturing details during interviews
