The ideal candidate will embrace our mission and provide skilled nursing care while coordinating the overall care plan for hospice patients and their families.**Qualifications:*** **Education:** Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN and LPN license.* **Experience:** Minimum of two years of LPN and RN experience required.
