M/S Tele RN Days Nights & EOW - 36hrs Must be able to read Tele strips Unit Name: Phippen 6/7 Phippen 6/7 is a 32 Bed Ortho/Neuro Med/Surg Unit Private unit admitting all other medical overflows Census: 32 Total Beds (16 beds in Phippen 6 & 16 beds in Phippen 7) Floating required: Travelers must float to applicable units when requested Rotating shifts required: Day rotators may be rotated between (7a-7p, 11a-11p or 7p-7a) shifts when needed Night positions do not rotate; rotation frequency is low Minimum 2 years experience required Skill sets required: Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills and telemetry competency; ability to interpret Tele strips Clinician to patient ratio: Day and evening shifts are 1:4, may go up to 5; Night shift is 1:5 or 6 Patient population: Scheduled elective Orthopedic and Neuro/Surg patients, fractures, neuro patients and all other medical patients’ overflow EMR (Charting System): EPIC Job Requirements

Current Massachusetts RN License Minimum 2 years experience in specialty Med/Surg RN with neuro assessment skills and telemetry competency Ability to interpret Tele strips Schedule Information
