What You'll Do

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
• Oversee and develop the reproductive endocrinology & infertility program
• Deliver outpatient reproductive endocrinology care and perform advanced fertility procedures
• Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across specialties
• Participate in strategic planning for reproductive medicine services
• Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient responsibilities
• Engage in call coverage and weekend rotation as determined by leadership
• Ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal standards

What You Need Required

• Board Certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility
• Valid medical license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Significant experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility practice

Preferred

• Leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Proven track record in program development and team management
