Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Location: Culpeper, VA & Charlottesville, VA Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Provide caregiver education and support
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure BACB compliance
Qualifications
- BCBA or BCaBA Certification in good standing
- Passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- No Evenings, Weekends, or On-Call
