RN - LTC

Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation and Nursing

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour Day shift. Must work a minimum of every other weekend and 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our rehabilitation and nursing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and will be comfortable working with dementia patients. Floating to other units may be required as needed based on patient care needs.

Providing high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Floating as needed to assist in other units based on staffing and patient needs.

BLS certification through AHA required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing.

Previous travel nursing experience is required.

Experience in long-term care (LTC) is mandatory.

Must be comfortable working with dementia patients.
