Compensation $145,000–$175,000 + Bonus Potential A well-established national litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its growing Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys substantive litigation work and wants meaningful courtroom exposure as part of a highly respected trial-focused team. The practice offers a diverse mix of civil defense matters, including transportation claims, construction disputes, professional liability, employment litigation, and complex commercial/general liability cases. Attorneys are trusted with hands‑on responsibility from the outset and are encouraged to take an active role in case strategy and courtroom advocacy. This is not a position where associates remain in a purely supporting role. You’ll have the opportunity to appear in court regularly, argue motions, manage depositions, attend hearings, and build genuine trial experience alongside experienced litigators.
