Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods to facilitate continued progress outside of clinical settings.
• Track Progress and Document Findings: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment strategies as required, ensuring alignment with patient goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Ongoing education or certification programs are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
