Chinese English Bilingual Customer Service Rep (135-339)

We are expanding our team and we are looking for a passionate, Bilingual (English/Chinese) Customer Service Representative to provide top-tier support, foster cross-cultural connections, and help us deliver world-class wellness solutions to our community. This person provides information to customers about company products and services. They also act as liaison between customers and the company to resolve account or service problems. Additionally they apply job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks; works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required; normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

Customer Support & Sales: Provides product info, ensures excellent service, maintains goodwill, and promotes sales to clients. Account Management: Acts as the primary contact for pricing, scheduling, and shipping queries, and processes orders. Problem Resolution: Resolves routine service issues and recommends solutions for customer complaints. Inquiries & Support: Researches and answers commission-related questions for associates. Support & Administration: Assists other departments with translation, handles calls, and performs other assigned duties. Supervisory: No supervisory responsibility. Schedule: Hybrid work schedule. Required to be in the office Monday through Thursday, with a work-from-home (WFH) option on Fridays. Environment: The work is performed in an office environment; moderate noise. Hazards: The hazards are those only present in a normal office setting. Required Skills Knowledge of general office practices. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Chinese at a professional level (both Cantonese and Mandarin preferred). Good verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate knowledge of PC software applications. Ability to be detail-oriented. Visa Status: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
