Job Description We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding our client base, promoting our educational programs, and building meaningful relationships with prospective learners and partners. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for helping others reach their potential. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Clearly communicate the value of our programs and guide individuals through the enrollment process.
- Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads while proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- Track sales activity and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
