They will be expected to participate in all appropriate mandatory in-service classes. They will follow the work schedule as assigned by the supervisor and perform other position-appropriate tasks as assigned. The primary goal of the Therapeutic Recreation Program is to allow our residents to attain their highest level of functioning and to promote awareness of one's environment, social process, creativity and dignity. Emphasis is placed on sensory stimulation and sensory awareness, as well as providing hope for improvement and prevention of regression.The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.Pay Range:$21 - $23 USDIt's About Growth!
