The Power Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking a highly experienced technical leader to define and drive our next-generation solution strategy across AI infrastructure, automotive, and industrial applications.This role serves as the organization's senior solution architect and technical strategist, operating across all PSG divisions and in close partnership with AMG (Analog and Mixed Signal Group), customers, and executive leadership. Required QualificationsPh.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related discipline.15+ years of experience in power semiconductor, power systems, power conversion, or related industries.Proven experience defining architectures for:
