Career Services SpecialistThe Career Services Specialist supports the delivery of student-centered career development services and contributes to the daily operations of the Career Resource Center at North Hennepin Community College.This position plays a key role in helping students explore career pathways, gain practical experience, and prepare for successful job, internship, and transfer opportunities. Through individual appointments, workshops, and events, the Specialist provides guidance in career exploration, resume and cover letter development, job and internship search strategies, networking, and interview preparation. The position also supports career programming, employer engagement activities, and operational systems that enhance student access to opportunities and improve the effectiveness of Career Services.Salary Range: $20.20 - $24.02 hourlyMinimum QualificationsAt least two to three years of post-secondary education and must be in good academic standingMust be enrolled at a credit granting institution or at a non-credit granting institution and must be carrying at least six semester (nine quarter) credits.
