Property Management Manager

Base pay range $50.00/hr - $50.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Metasys Technologies As a Property Management Manager , you will oversee and support a team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or a small portfolio of properties. You will ensure smooth operations, maintain tenant and vendor relationships, and manage financial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned portfolio of 8 properties (mix of retail and office flex spaces). Communicate regularly with tenants and vendors to address needs and resolve issues. Coordinate with on-site mobile engineers for maintenance and operational requirements. Work with vendors to obtain and review proposals for property-related services. Utilize P2P system for contracts, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing. Provide monthly financial reports to property owners, including variance analysis and budget-to-actual commentary. Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) , ensuring timely rent payments. Issue default notices to tenants when required. Manage and track property expenses using Yardi software. Must-Have Skills Candidates must need to have a retail/commercial experience and a financial background Strong team-player mentality and collaborative attitude. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in variance analysis and financial reporting. Highly organized with strong time management abilities. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience using Yardi (strongly preferred). Prior experience in office and retail property management (huge plus). Experience & Education Experience: Minimum of 5 years in property management. Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Software Skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
