AI Product Manager

Role & responsibilities Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products aligned with business objectives and customer needs. Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to solve customer and business problems. Collaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions. Translate business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize product backlog based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact. Drive the end-to-end AI product lifecycle from ideation, experimentation, development, launch, and continuous optimization. Define and monitor product success metrics, model performance, user adoption, and business KPIs. Ensure AI products comply with Responsible AI principles, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI standards. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new AI product opportunities. Lead product launches, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment. Preferred candidate profile 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 24 years building AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI products. Proven experience launching and scaling AI-powered digital products in SaaS, Enterprise Software, FinTech, Healthcare, Automotive, or Technology domains. Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and AI model lifecycle. Experience working with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and cross-functional Agile teams. Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with AI platforms and cloud services such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar technologies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Professional certifications in AI, Cloud, Agile, or Product Management (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer, PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe POPM) are highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
