Self-Funded & Large Group Health Plan Account Manager

Role Summary :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage the onboarding and ongoing support of self-funded medical, dental, and ancillary benefit clients. You’ll serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, using independent judgment to ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client groups

• Lead benefit plan onboarding and implementation

• Manage day-to-day inquiries and resolve service issues

• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication

• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and deliverables

• Assist in preparing custom client presentations and reports

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in health benefits, insurance, or TPA environment

• Experience supporting employer group plans (self-funded preferred)

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently in an exempt, professional-level role
