Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) - Minneapolis, MN AreaBlue Stone Therapy is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in the Minneapolis, MN area.First position is located at Ebenezer Ridges Campus in Burnsville, MN. Second position is a Float PTA position that will support the Minneapolis Metro Area!This role focuses on delivering skilled physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and overall functional independence.What You'll DoProvide skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of careImplement individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomesTreat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and rehabilitation settingsMonitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical TherapistMaintain timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement standardsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomesWhat You BringGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant programCurrent Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable stateExperience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferredStrong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skillsCommitment to patient-centered care and professional standardsWhy Blue Stone Therapy?We believe exceptional care begins with exceptional clinicians.
