JOBS TYPES: Part timeSCHEDULE: 7:00 am- 4:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy environment.
- Monitor and restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff and management.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, and outdoor areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve cleanliness goals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and reliability.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Únase a GALANS GENERAL MAINTENANCE como personal de limpieza y mantenimiento diurno en Santa Ana, CA, donde desempeñará un papel fundamental en el mantenimiento de la limpieza y el orden de nuestras instalaciones. Este puesto es ideal para personas que se enorgullecen de su trabajo y disfrutan creando un ambiente acogedor para nuestros clientes y empleados. Responsabilidades:
Realizar tareas diarias de limpieza y mantenimiento para garantizar un entorno ordenado.
Supervisar y reponer suministros en baños, salas de descanso y áreas comunes.
Colaborar en la eliminación de residuos y en las labores de reciclaje.
Atender con prontitud las solicitudes de limpieza del personal y de la dirección.
Mantener la limpieza de entradas, vestíbulos y áreas exteriores.
Informar a la dirección sobre cualquier problema de mantenimiento o inquietud de seguridad.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad.
Trabajar en colaboración con los miembros del equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de limpieza.
Requisitos:
Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza o mantenimiento.
Gran atención al detalle y enfoque proactivo en las tareas.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
Excelente gestión del tiempo y fiabilidad.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trato amable.
