Epic Application Analyst

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience completing full Epic implementation cycles within large healthcare systems Current Epic certifications in Inpatient Orders, Bugsy, and other relevant Epic modules Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide clinical system assessment, design, development, and implementation Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating clinical and business information into system requirements Proven ability to distinguish user requests from true business and clinical needs Experience partnering with business users, IT leadership, project managers, programmers, consultants, and vendors Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and evaluate project scope, risks, and benefits Epic certification(s) and other specialty certifications from nationally recognized programs (preferred) Clinical background (preferred) Experience with at least two full Epic life-cycle implementations (preferred) Master's degree or advanced clinical degree with two years of lead-level requirements management experience or Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant clinical, healthcare IT, or healthcare administration experience or Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 2-5 years of experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical applications Spruce Technology, Inc. is a mid-size, award-winning (Inc 5000, SmartCEO, Entrepreneur of the Year) technology services firm with a steadily growing portfolio of commercial and government clients.
