Beach Steward
The Beach Steward at The Resort at Longboat Key Club plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the beach area, ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of The Resort.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area, including picking up debris and emptying trash receptacles.
- Assist in monitoring beach safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns to management.
- Support the beach team with guest services and respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Perform routine inspections of beach facilities to ensure they meet established standards.
- Work collaboratively with other Resort departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
