Contracts Analyst

Jiffy Lube is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Contracts Analyst to support the Contracts Team in a fast-paced, growing organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely interaction with franchisees and other stakeholders to deliver key business items related to new Franchise Agreements (FAs) as well as store conversions/closures/transfers/etc. for the existing network. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently evaluate information, solve problems, and make routine operational decisions while collaborating across multiple business functions. As a newly established organization, this role requires adaptability and a willingness to quickly learn new systems, processes, and evolving business requirements. What You’ll Do Daily Responsibilities: Accountable for delivering, monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner for the development of new sites, conversions, renewals, closures, royalty ramp-up and store transfers Draft, examine, analyze, and revise franchise agreements including renewal and notices. Work with Legal to redline contracts to fit the transaction. Review incoming legal documents pertaining to store development, renewals, closures and transfers. Manage the transaction approval process including preparation of internal contracts forms, routing for appropriate sign-off, and facilitation of document execution (physical or digital). Coordinate and execute required steps to ensure smooth launch of new Franchise entity, store openings, transfers, or closures Responsible for creating franchise fee payment requests and accounts payable information. Responsible for creating all records in Jiffy Lube systems related to new franchise, new store, ship to, sold to creations, site maintenance creation tables, etc. Maintain data related to contractual negotiation activities in systems as records (status of negotiation, signed documents and appropriate approvals obtained for execution). Facilitate interaction with key stakeholders (internal and external) to obtain buy-in, establish requirements, design processes, and resolve difficult and critical issues. Maintain up to date contract/confirmation written processes and procedure documents, and identify and suggest updates/improvements, as necessary. Standardize correspondence to be used for all types of transactions including approval, corrective measures, and document transmittal letters. Annual Responsibilities: Assist Legal Counsel with compiling information needed to file annual Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Facilitate sharing the FDD with franchisees and track status of disclosure and acceptance. What You’ll Bring Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, GSAP, or similar financial applications preferred.
