Part-Time Home Health RN Case Manager

AMEDISYS HOME HEALTH

Amedisys in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our home health team. You will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the care team to promote healing at home. The ideal candidate has 1+ year RN experience, current RN license, CPR, valid driver's license, and is willing to participate in RN Intern program if needed.
