Senior Employee Relations Manager

Why This Role Matters The Senior Employee Relations & Compliance Consultant manages employee relations issues across all business organizations, oversees compliance requirements related to employment laws and regulatory requirements, and works closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to mitigate risk. How You'll Contribute Oversee and manage all aspects of employment‑related matters, including internal investigations, compliance and consistency with HR policies and practices. Lead internal investigations, recommend appropriate management action, and partner with HR Business Partners, legal counsel and other stakeholders. Provide strategic coaching, leadership and training on performance management, EEO, sexual harassment, ADA, FLSA, displacement, and disciplinary actions. Maintain compliance policies, interpret corporate policy, and encourage adoption of new tools to reduce reliance on individual consultation. Execute and oversee severance and separation agreements, including review of FMLA/ADA and return‑to‑work issues. Manage conflict resolution, mediation and analysis of exit interviews and employee surveys. Prepare and analyze turnover/retention metrics, build trend decks and present findings to Business Partners and leadership. Stay current on legislation, update policies, conduct research, and advise on compliance gaps. Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Organizational Development to ensure appropriate training and onboarding. Manage I‑9 compliance, audits and training. What We’re Looking For Undergraduate degree preferred; 8+years of Employee Relations experience or broad HR experience. Experience in a complex organization and in a consulting‑type role that demonstrates objective assessment and influence. Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication, and writing skills. Analytical discipline to solve difficult problems and identify viable solutions. Ability to facilitate others to accomplish goals and juggle multiple priorities with an agile mindset. Compassionate approach to sensitive human issues balanced with pragmatic business decision‑making. Broad knowledge of employment law preferred.
